PlatinumLounge discussion post is very user friendly, you can post "yes" and "no" and getting points for that. Right now they change their payment policy from two times a month into four times a month. This is easy to get if you are active posting at their site.
PlatinumLounge NOW made a member profile (my lounge) updates with their current points and how many points left to achieve a higher ranks. This is good, since their old design made many of their new member confused on how many points to earn for reaching the payout ranks.
They have Gorilla store, contest and lotto to help user to boost their points. Their payment are promptly and never delayed.
CONS :
To maintain your current rank, you have to be very active to posts. If anybody surpasses your points in order to get certain lounge ranking, then your ranking will be drop.
